I am currently involved in a major dispute with one of their area developers-Tony Quintana in Arizona. He gave me falsified data to sell me one of his franchises, admitted doing it, and now owes me $52,000. He makes promises, ignores phone calls and emails, doesn't pay bills and feels no remorse. I contacted TSC corporate and they have ignored me. I was promised a call from there legal council over 2 months ago. I would not believe one thing any of their people say. Take my advice .. WALK AWAY from Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Feel free to contact me if you would like more info on how they screwed me. I may save you hundreds of thousands of dollars.
