Not all restaurant news is bad news (a.k.a. closings) this month. Tom’s BBQ is taking over the former Nozzlehead’s location on the northwest corner of Gilbert and Chandler Heights roads in south Chandler.
The restaurant’s fifth location - to go along with two in Mesa, one in Tempe and one in Casa Grande - should be open “in two or three weeks at the latest,” according to a staffer at the Tempe location.
