Bourbon Steak, celebrity chef Michael Mina’s restaurant at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, is hosting a summer series of Sunday barbecues. From 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., a $49 buffet is offered on the north Scottsdale resort restaurant’s terrace.

The 20-item buffet includes pulled pork sliders, truffled macaroni and cheese, heirloom tomato gazpacho and Mina’s signature root beer floats. (See full menu pdf)
