Los Sombreros owner Azucena Tovar is celebrating Cinco de Mayo with a special menu at her south Scottsdale restaurant. From Saturday through Monday, Los Sombreros will offer rare specialties like chiles en Nogada ($17.95), grilled shrimp with mango pico de gallo ($18.95). grilled chicken breast en huitlacoche sauce ($17.95) and tequila carne asada con nopales ($19.95).
