30+ Valley restaurants to fight childhood hunger April 25

More than 30 of the Valley’s top restaurants will be featured next weekend at Taste of the Nation Phoenix 2008. The outdoor event, which runs 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, April 25, at The Phoenician, includes food, wine, auctions and live entertainment.
Participating restaurants include Elements, Lon’s, Methode Bistro, Roka Akor, Sol y Sombra (pictured above), T. Cook’s, Talavera, Tarbell’s and Zinc Bistro.
Tickets are $150 for general admission and $300 for VIP. All ticket sales benefit Share Our Strength, a non-profit group dedicated to eradicating childhood hunger.
