Roka Akor, the London sushi restaurant that’s opening its first in North American location next month in Scottsdale, says its public grand opening has been pushed back from Feb. 9 to Feb. 18. The 7,500-square-foot restaurant on the northeast corner of Indian Bend and Scottsdale Road will hold “preview” lunches and dinners for targeted groups the week of Feb. 11, culminating in an invitation-only VIP grand opening Feb. 16.
